Is it possible to show cities on the "light" side of planets?
there is a readme, and it says you shall put the directory into your galciv2 main folder ;)

Im having some trouble with this mod, which folder does it need to be placed in? Usually these files come with 'readme' instructions on what to do. Would having Windows Vista cause a problem in the dl/interpretation process?
